As a Nordic Kidz Academy Facilitator, you play a vital role in supporting and strengthen the school community by:
• Building meaningful and long-lasting relationships between teachers, students, and parents.
• Fostering well-being and inclusion in classrooms through a common language of well-being.
• Cultivating self-esteem and life skills among students and in the school community as a whole.
As a Nordic Kidz Academy Facilitator, you learn how to achieve this by facilitating a wide range of camps, workshops, and programs that bring teachers, students, and parents together.
And most importantly, you learn how to establish common ground through specific exercises and activities where everyone feels safe and secure.
You are representing a visionary school or are a Teacher Trainer or Consultant who already work with schools.
You are dreaming of fostering safe, positive and supportive environments where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
You want to help kids and teenagers reach new heights in learning, living, and growing while working alongside with the parents and teachers – as a TEAM – because together everybody achieves more.
Our training addresses key challenges in today’s school systems across Europe and is specifically designed to help prevent them.
As a Nordic Kidz Academy Facilitator, you’ll gain a lot of practical tools to navigate and balance these challenges through well-proven activities, exercises, and games.
You’ll also learn how to create a common language of well-being to share with students, teachers, and parents – building meaningful and long-lasting relationships that strengthen the entire school community.

The Nordic Kidz Academy Facilitator Program offers a comprehensive foundation in child centered approaches to education and wellbeing. This training includes 45 lessons designed to equip participants with practical tools and strategies for fostering safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environments.

3 days of immersive, in-person training at NKA facilities in Copenhagen – and the beginning of a powerful network across Europe.
online training
8 weeks of interactive online training focusing on NKA’s concepts and best practices.
certification
Become a certified Nordic Kidz Academy Facilitator upon successful completion.
implementation
Six monthly online training sessions designed to introduce the concept in practice, and provide ongoing follow-up and coaching to address questions and challenges as they arise.
